This publication contains an original approach to single tooth replacement with a custom-made root-analog hybrid dental implant. It avoids the micro gap and micro movements between the implant and abutment.  The process requires capturing accurate root geometry through combined CAD/CAM and a three-dimensional 3D visualization digital volume tomography of the tooth in situation.
